South Sudan rebel leader waiting for government to sign peace agreement

South Sudan’s rebel leader Riek Machar says he'll stop his forces from any further fighting as he's waiting for the government to sign a peace agreement. Machar signed the document on Monday, but the government says it needs more time to review and sign the agreement.
