Indian-controlled Kashmir has observed a complete shutdown to protest the government's failure to rehabilitate victims of the devastating 2014 floods. As Press TV's Syed Ali Safvi reports, activists accuse the government of backtracking from its promises. They say extreme steps will follow if New Delhi continues to ignore the plight of the disaster-hit people.
