Experts have found a simple but efficient way to overcome childhood obesity.

New research proves that water may be the key to combating the childhood obesity crisis.

A five-year study conducted by researchers at New York University has concluded that making water more available in public schools led to QOUTE statistically significant declines in students’ weight.

Drinking enough water over a span of three months meant up to point nine percent reduction in students likelihood of being overweight.
