North Korea says conducts 5th nuclear test

North Korea has tested a nuclear warhead which can be mounted on ballistic rockets. Pyongyang says it’s 5th nuclear test is meant to counter hostility from the US and South Korea. The South, however, has reacted angrily, calling the test a reckless provocation.
