The European Union says it will take legal action against the United States if President Donald Trump includes the 28-nation bloc in his plan to impose trade tariffs on imports of steel and aluminum. Economists are warning that Trump could potentially have started a trade war, putting a very significant number of jobs at risk. Jerome Hughes reports.
