Leaders of Turkey, Russia, France and Germany meet in the Turkish city of Istanbul to discuss the Syria situation. The four leaders expressed their support for a political resolution to the crisis. They also expressed hope for the formulation of a new Syrian constitution. Rahshan Saglam reports.
