Tensions between Russia and Ukraine are once again soaring. The latest confrontation involved Russia preventing three Ukrainian navy vessels from passing beneath its bridge in the Kerch strait by blocking the way with a cargo ship. Two artillery ships and a tugboat were then fired on and seized. Moscow says the vessels illegally entered Russia's territorial waters without notifying Russia of their plans in advance. Ukraine says the opposite.
