Greek sensation Stefanos Tsitsipas has rallied from a set down to end Novak Djokovic's reign as Shanghai Masters champion and reach the semifinals.

Djokovic got off to a 3-love lead after breaking the Greek on his first serve and eased to a 6-3 win in the opening set.

Tsitsipas improved in the second but was not able to break through until the final game, when he eventually broke the Serbian and claimed the set at 7-5.

The sixth-seeded Greek then continued to perform well in the decider to dethrone Djokovic with a smash winner at 6-3, sealing his place in the penultimate round where he will face Daniil Medvedev.
