Stefanos Tsitsipas has secured his first final at the World Tennis Championships in Abu Dhabi, after beating 4-time champion Novak Djokovic two sets to one.
Tsitsipas lost the opening set 6-3, but came out firing in the second to open up a 5-1 lead.
Yet Djokovic pulled back and broke the Greek twice to set up a tie-break, where Tsitsipas beat him 7-4 to level the match and force a decider.
Tsitsipas then went up a break in the first game of the third and served well in his next five service games to close out the match at 6-4 with an ace.
In the final showdown on Saturday, Tsitsipas will meet World No. 1, Rafael Nadal who outclassed Karen Khachanov in straight sets.
