Inter Milan have extended their winning streak to eight matches in the Italian Serie A, after defeating Torio 2-1 away from home.

Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku gave Inter the lead in the 62nd minute, after slotting home from the penalty spot.

But eight minutes later, the visitors’ lead was cancelled, as Antonio Sanabria was in the right place at the right time to score from a rebound.

With five minutes remaining, Lautaro Martínez scored his 14th goal of the season with a superb header to seal all three points for the Nerazzurri.

With the victory, Antonio Conte’s team now sit at the top of the Italian top flight, nine points clear of their city rivals AC Milan.
