In the UK, in London, outside the Colombian embassy activists and people from all walks of life for successive days have continued to make their voices heard in expressing deep concern for the Colombian community, their families back home and the grave situation they face amid claims of corruption, police brutality and human rights breaches.

Activists are also appealing for support from UK parliamentarians. Protestors have also expressed their solidarity and concern for the Palestinians especially since Colombian police are allegedly trained by groups including Israeli occupation forces.

The protests of ordinary Colombians are being heard around the world, with the government currently showing little sign of shifting its stance

Many activists remain deeply concerned about the very serious situation in Colombia and will continue to highlight the ongoing issues in the hope of attracting more support from around the world.
