Jorge Martin has grabbed his second pole-position of the MotoGP season, as Ducati secured the top-five places on the grid at the Grand Prix of the Americas in Austin.

Martin, who finished second in Argentina last weekend, edged out Australia's Jack Miller by just 3 thousandth of second. This is Martin’s sixth pole-position, since joining MotoGP last year.

Meanwhile, Francesco Bagnaia completed the front-row in third with Johann Zarco and Enea Bas-Tianini making up the top five.

Six-time MotoGP champion, Marc Marquez will start ninth on his Honda and Aleix Espargaro who won his maiden MotoGP race in Argentina, will start 13th on the grid as he failed to reach the 2nd qualifying session due to a crash.
