Bringing Israel to justice
The International Court of Justice will decide whether to order emergency measures relating to the US-Israeli genocidal war in Gaza. Although the court will not deal with the main question of whether Israel is committing genocide or not, it will look at possible emergency measures requested by South Africa to restrain Israel's actions.
