Washington exploiting South Korea on alliance cost

The US and South Korea are negotiating the share of the cost of stationing US troops in South Korea this week.

Activists demonstrating outside the meeting venue contend the previous deal was full of lies and deception, and argue the US is manipulating South Korea. Seoul already supports the US military industrial complex through the purchase of overpriced weapons.
