India Muslim groups denounce budget cuts for minorities

The Indian government’s recently announced budget for 2024-25 has drawn criticism from political parties and other spectrum of experts particularly from Muslim organizations. Opposition leaders have called the budget betrayal for middle class, and Muslim groups call it discriminatory and void. Munawar Zaman has more from New Delhi.
