India’s Muslims outraged over inadequate welfare funding in annual budget

The newly unveiled annual budget in India has caused anger among the Muslim community.

That’s because the budget fails to allocate enough money to welfare and educational programs for Muslims. They see this as part of broader discrimination which Indian Muslims blame for their deprivation.
