Amidst the brutal genocide of the people of Gaza by Israeli forces under the protection of the United States, many protests erupted throughout the world, including in the United States.

University students established encampments and sit-ins to show their solidarity with the people of Palestine and their anger at the US government for funding the genocide.

Now, with Trump in office, many of these students are facing harsh consequences like suspension and deportation. We sat with two of these students to talk about their experiences
