The UN humanitarian coordinator for Yemen has warned that the Saudi blockade of its southern neighbor is coming at a great cost to civilians. Jamie McGoldrick says some 17,000,000 Yemenis cannot adequately feed themselves and are forced to skip meals; a fact that stunts the growth of children and impairs their ability to learn.
