A brutal Bayern Munich have eased past Barcelona 3-nil in group E match, knocking the Spanish team out of the Champions League.

Robert Lewandowski turned provider for Thomas Muller to score with a looping header in the 34th minute.

And then, Leroy Sane produced a powerful strike to extend Bayern’s lead before the break.

Jamal Musiala caught Alphonso Davies’ cross and added a third shortly after the hour mark to call it a game. Bayern advance as group winners with six wins from six. That is while, Barcelona have missed the knockouts for the first time since 2004.
