US-Israeli Gaza genocide

The Israeli military presses ahead with its genocidal campaign against Gaza, leaving more civilians dead and injured in its latest round of attacks. In one of the latest strikes, at least 9 Palestinians were killed and several others injured after Israeli warplanes bombed the al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. In Jabalia, northern Gaza, a similar strike left at least two Palestinians dead and several wounded. Northern Gaza has been under constant Israeli siege for more than two months now with no food or water available for residents. The Israeli artillery also shelled a number of areas across the coastal sliver, killing and injuring an unknown number of Palestinians. The Israeli aggression against Gaza began in October 2023. Since then, more than 45,400 Palestinians have been killed and over 108,000 others injured.

Yemen solidarity with Gaza

Air raid sirens have sounded over several parts of the occupied Palestine as Israeli media say a missile has been fired from Yemen. According to the regime’s media, sirens blared in dozens of towns and cities including Tel Aviv, southern Negev, and al-Quds. The attack prompted Israeli settlers to rush to shelters. There have been no reports of casualties yet. The missile attack is part of the fifth phase of Yemen’s "Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad’ operation", which was launched to show the country’s solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza. Sana’a says these operations will continue until Israel ends its genocidal war on the strip.

Resistance continues

The chief commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps has lauded Yemen’s anti-Israel operations, saying Yemenis will ultimately emerge victorious. Brigadier General Hossein Salami said Yemenis have so far shown resistance with dignity and honor, adding that they will continue their steadfastness with God’s grace. General Salami was speaking to the Yemeni TV channel Al-Masirah. He went on to say that the resistance front has not been weakened as everybody sees how Yemenis defend Palestine and hold weekly rallies in support of Gaza.
